Sliding windows

Sliding windows are another solution offered by ideal OKNA for the balcony door. It is a system popular in southern Europe. In sliding windows, the sashes may be moved in parallel planes to each other and brush seals are used for sealing the sashes. This is not only an interesting but also very convenient solution, particularly for those who find delight in large glazed surfaces. Another advantage is that the windows do not take up much space after being opened.

The sliding windows are offered in two variants:
 

1. Multi-sliding – glazing up to 33mm, with the possibility to add more parallel tracks. Several wings, placed on separate tracks, which, after opening, slide independently of each other, revealing a large window opening. Applicable also in the construction of a balcony door.

2. Mono-rail – single pane glazing only, with a fixed-glazing casement located directly in the frame, without the need to install the fixed sash.
